Garrett Lower is a Certified Code Enforcement Officer and Licensed Local Plumbing Inspector with over three years of experience serving municipalities across Maine. He is also a Certified Code Enforcement Safety Specialist and has served as a Municipal Health Officer, giving him a broad perspective on protecting public safety, health, and welfare.
